DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Universal Promotions will gladly replace the item or offer a substitution of equal value or refund your purchase according to the method of payment. Claims need to be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was received.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted, no questions asked, within 30 days from the date your order was received. Simply return the product in new condition, with its original packaging and tags/labels, using the instructions below. To exchange an item purchased online, the item must first be returned for a refund, as per the instructions below, and then you can place a new order for the desired product.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR A REFUND

  1. Contact Universal Promotions at 1-888-468-1212 or by email at info@universalpromotions.com for detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Print the original order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of purchase, write on it the reason for the return and include this document in the box.
  3. Ship your item(s) using the shipping label emailed to you (includes a RMA number) with the label affix to outside of the box.

Note: Without a RMA number, your return will not be processed.

Returns are processed within 15 business days from the date they are received by Universal Promotions. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
